Section 1: Description of Services This application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provides services such as English learning management, AI-powered vocabulary search and storage, vocabulary sharing and downloading, grammar feedback through AI chat, user-generated sentence sharing, and translation functionalities. Users can manage their learning process and share learning materials with other users.

Section 2: Conditions for Use To access all features of the App, users are required to register an account and log in via Firebase authentication. The AIGram feature is a paid service that can be accessed through a subscription. Users must comply with these terms and must not share their account with others or use it for illegal purposes.

Section 3: Service Changes and Termination The App may undergo changes or be terminated due to updates, server issues, or operational needs. In the event of a service disruption, the developer will notify users in advance, except in cases of unavoidable circumstances where immediate suspension is required.

Section 4: Collection and Use of Personal Information Collected personal information: Email, Nickname Purpose of collection: Email: For app registration and user-to-user communication (with opt-out options and privacy controls). Nickname: Collected for facilitating communication and enhancing user experience. Collected personal information will be deleted upon user request for account deletion unless required by law to retain it.

Section 5: Paid Services and Payment Policy The App offers paid services such as the AIGram feature, which are subject to Apple App Store subscription policies. Cancellation of subscriptions and refunds must be managed directly by the user via their Apple App Store settings. Refunds are not available once a payment is made, in accordance with Apple's policy.

Section 6: Limitation of Liability The developer is not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or other issues that may arise during the use of the App. Legal liabilities arising from statutory obligations or gross negligence are exceptions.

Section 7: Intellectual Property All content within the App (design, functionality, learning materials, etc.) is the intellectual property of the respective owners. Users are prohibited from copying or distributing content without permission.

Section 8: Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. In the event of a dispute, the applicable court of jurisdiction will be the user's local court or the federal court in the state of residence.
